From Carolina Casini – “The great American author’s quote at the beginning of this bridal inspiration shoot well represents the mood and the emotions we felt the first time that we were on the beach of Blouberg orchestrating this photo shoot.
The strong energy in our planet was evident in the perfection of the sunset and the movement of the wind. We could not be intrusive, we had to be ‘nice & delicate’ and respect the overwhelming environment above us with its beauty and perfection. I could only choose and put together the materials that the dunes and the sea offered us, mixing them and adapting them without ruining them.
We asked Melissa to interpret the energy and she improvised a dance for us: the dance of harmony between the elements, between the time marked by the wind and the sands of the dunes.
