This beautiful inspiration shoot in Massachusetts brings in rich burgundies and light pinks for some truly swoon-worthy decor and floral design, and we’re eating it right up!
From the event designer, Cristen of Captivatingly Chic Celebrations: When we began dreaming up an autumn wedding inspired shoot we knew right away we wanted our bride and groom to be amongst the long lush aisles of apple trees. You can’t get more fall than a gorgeous apple orchard and farmhouse as the leaves begin to change and the cooler crisp air lingers through the rolling hills.
We mixed bold jewel tones with wooden textures, plaids and hints of copper to create a stunning color palette perfectly fit for an orchard wedding. The scents of sugary goodness came from our dessert case full of homespun sweets from the typical autumn fare of apple cider donuts and turnovers, kettle corn and a semi-naked spiced cake adorned with a fresh apple blossom. Not only was our setting organic, the love our couple had for one another was simply magical! There is just something so romantic about a stroll in an orchard in the autumn sunset. And when our sweet bride saw the invitation suite with their names scrawled on it, she couldn’t help but be brought to tears!
