Thought we forgot about the 90’s? As if! That’s why we got a little too hype when we saw today’s 90’s grunge wedding inspiration at a new Costa Mesa wedding venue. We’re willing to bet you’ll fall in love with all the details from the white mustang convertible to the chic disco reception style.
Southern California wedding photographer, Mink Photography, encapsulates a nostalgic feeling in the images you’re about to see. So if you wanna grab some earbuds and rock out to Sk8r Boi while viewing, we won’t stop you.
Leilani Weddings and K.Sage Events are the dynamic duo responsible for the whimsical elements like the oversized tropical leaf chandelier, art deco stemware and black leather bridal jacket.
And we couldn’t be more impressed by the wild blooms from wedding florist Rogue & Fox Floral Co – it’s like something out of a dream!
We may or may not think of Mia Thermopolis every time we see a ‘stang. Call it Pavlov. Call it nostalgia. But this white convertible from Classic Mustang Rentals sure did the trick.
From the stylist, Kelsey of K.Sage Events: This event was an ABC-OC All Member Social at the new venue Fete The Venue. We co-coordinated the event with Leilani Weddings, and our theme + inspiration was 90’s Grunge Drive-In with contemporary touches. We had lots of leather, a disco ball, and even skater boys!
Sundrop Vintage Rentals’ eclectic pieces found their home in this warehouse wedding space, and we wouldn’t be able to give back this velvet loungeware so easily!
