For its latest #ChooseBeautiful campaign, Dove asked women all around the planet just that. The elegance brand set up two entry approaches with navy blue indicators that read “common” and “lovely” in different languages in San Francisco, Shanghai, Delhi, London, and San Paolo. As females approached the buildings, they had to choose among the options — and the final results will shock you.

The women in the video were not alone in their decisions: a staggering 96 percent of girls chose, “regular” in accordance to a new Dove survey.

“Dove Choose Lovely urges females to embrace this personal choice,” said Jennifer Bremner, Director of Advertising and marketing for Dove, in a statement. “Because when we do, it unlocks happiness and self confidence that impacts women’s self-esteem.”
