When I read that Tatcha Balanced Pore Perfecting Water Gel Moisturizer is formulated specifically for oily skin types, my first thought was that this probably won’t be hydrating enough for my dry skin. However, when I started using the product, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it gives the perfect amount of moisture and smoothness to my skin while adding a subtle glow…just what I need right now for the warmer months ahead! And a little goes a long way…I don’t need much to quench even my dry skin (this 1.7oz bottle will easily last me several months!)
The formula has an ultra-lightweight gel texture that instantly melts into my skin, leaving it soft, smooth and supple. Thanks to the luxurious dusting of 23k gold mixed into the formula, it has a beautiful sheen! The particles are finely milled and evenly dispersed, so once applied on the face, I don’t see any shimmer or unwanted shine – just a lit-from-within glow! I love how it creates a smooth canvas for my makeup while adding a touch of radiance and shine-free glow underneath my foundation.
This water gel moisturizer is also perfect for mixing with your foundation to get a luminous, dewy finish. In fact, I also like to use it as a highlighter sometimes if my skin needs a little pick-me-up…it’s an instant glow-getter!
Tatcha’s new Pore Perfecting Water Gel Moisturizer has been a refreshing addition to my spring/summer skincare routine! Even though my experience with this product hasn’t been very long, it has practically replaced my other moisturizers for daily use and I think that says a lot!
