While most photographers get inspired by nature, fabric or florals, the inspiration behind this styled shoot in Ivenhoe, Ca., came entirely from the location – Historic 6 Sycamores Ranch. The property was purchased by the owner’s parents in 1927 before being established in 1928, which is when 6 sycamore trees – the venue’s namesake – were planted.

The invitation suite features the venue’s design, which highlights the family business – citrus farming. It’s complete with royal blue paper, blue lettering and a sketch of Hummingbird Cottage, the family home.
