Couples all over fall in love with the White Sparrow Barn in Quinlan, Texas, and Kristin and Chase knew it was the place for their engagement photos. Inspired by the venue’s rustic and romantic ambiance, the couple chose two contrasting outfit styles to give them both a luxurious and laidback assortment of shots.
First things first, Kristin is a city girl and it’s evident that she knows how to rock a red dress. And, the White Sparrow Barn is the perfect place to do it.
She dons an off-the-shoulder mermaid-style red gown that stands out with every twist and turn in the barn, while Chase sports a sharp black jacket, white shirt, and jeans.
Kristin accessorizes with a few bracelets, statement earrings, her stunning engagement ring, and a beaming smile that rivals the brilliance of the walls around her.
In just about every shot, Chase looks calm and collected as he admires his bride-to-be.
The photographer captures a few solo shots of Kristin and Chase. They couldn’t look any happier as they both take a turn standing in front of the barn doors.
They head outside and take a few more photos, walking hand-in-hand and making their way to the lawn while the barn hangs back in the distance.
Now, it’s time to bring out the couple’s rustic side. Kristin changes into a short white dress and light blue peep toe heels. Chase is perfectly content in a light blue button down shirt, jeans, and loafers.
They walk around the property before finding their way back to the barn, where Kristin shows off the back of her dress.
A classic ring shot is created with Kristin resting her hand and head gently on Chase’s shoulder.
The groom-to-be twirls his fiancée before they walk back into the barn.
They even take advantage of a tree-swing before their final shots outside, embracing and savoring every second of their engagement shoot.
Kristin may be a modern city girl and Chase may be more of a country boy, but these two are a match made in Texas heaven. Their engagement session at the picturesque White Sparrow Barn proves that you will always look great together as long as you have one important quality in common: love.
