It seems that every good girl, even those who traipse through the woods with a basket of goodies for her grandmother, can be swayed by the right bad boy. Or in our case, the Big, Bad Wolf. We don’t know if it was his Devil-may-care attitude or his dark, mysterious ways that drew our innocent Little Red Riding Hood in but we do know that their wedding, filled with wood see and whimsical touches, was to die for….
A true collaboration in every sense of the word, Syed of SYPhotography, brought the concept of Little Red Riding Hood to Tonia of Aribella Events, giving her free rein to breathe life into his vision with her planning, design, and floral arrangements.
The pair (RoadShow Wedding) began selecting their partner vendors, including celebrity cake designer, Desserts by Dana and Ten23 Designs for the cake design and wolf medallions, Beautiful Brides Philly for hair and make-up, and Torelli’s for the classic tux.
Giving each vendor creative license to bring their own vision into the mix have them amazing details like the birch-mounted place cards, stained menus and dramatic tri-fold invitation suite from Platypus Papers and the vintage finds of Duncan Phyfe dining table and Truby buffet, among other treasures, from Forget Me Not Vintage Rentals.
