The Estee Lauder brand ambassador, 19, wore high-waisted, ankle-length mom jeans, a red ribbed sweater with gold buttons, and a chunky black belt. A black bag, round shades, and leather Oxford shoes completed her retro ensemble.

Although the cut of the denim may not be a perfect fit for everyone, it’s a favorite for Jenner. “[I’;d wear] a good pair of mid-rise or high-rise jeans that look good on the butt, with straight or skinny legs [if I could only wear one piece of clothing for the rest of my life],” she told Harpers Bazaar in June.

The model is likely in town ahead of New York Fashion Week, which kicks off on Sept. 10. At the last NYFW in February, Jenner walked in shows for Diane von Furstenberg, Alexander Wang, Donna Karan, Vera Wang, Marc Jacobs, Oscar de la Renta, and Michael Kors.
