Now that’;s a shower! Jessica Simpson hosted her little sister Ashlee‘s baby shower at her home this past weekend, and the multi-hyphenate hostess revealed a new photo from the gorgeous party on Tuesday, June 9.
“Another gorgeous tablescape by @casadeperrin to shower @ashleesimpsonross and @realevanross,” the fashion mogul wrote, alongside a photo of the too-perfect setting. “#BabyLove.”

Featured on the ash-wood table were lively arrangements of vibrant pink peonies surrounded by stacks of gold-rimmed dishes, matching utensils, and crystal wine glasses. Each seat included a place card, which read, “My Sun, my moon, and all my stars,” for the pregnant star, who is due this August.

Ashlee’;s pregnant pal Odette Annable (married to actor Dave Annable) also posted a photo from the gorgeous outdoor event. “Girlfriends make everything better,” the Astronaut Wives Club star wrote on her Instagram, alongside a sunlight-filled shot. “Celebrating our beautiful friend @ashleesimpsonross.”

While Ashlee was feted by friends and family (including famous mother-in-law Diana Ross), her husband Evan Ross had a guys’; day out with his brother-in-law Eric Johnson.

Ashlee’;s rep confirmed to Us this past February that the singer, already mom to 6-year-old Bronx with ex-husband Pete Wentz, is expecting a baby girl. Her baby shower was accompanied by another big, recent celebratory moment for the Simpson family.
Us broke the news last week that family matriarch Tina Simpson was engaged to landscaper Jon Goldstein. “After 2 years of dating, Jon Goldstein and Tina Simpson are engaged,” a statement to Us read. “They are thrilled and completely in love!”
