One of the products featured in this latest lineup is the new L’Oreal Paris Colour Riche Shine Lipsticks and being a self-proclaimed lipstick addict, I had to get my hands on these!
L’Oreal Colour Riche Shine Lipstick is described as ‘an ultra-rich, ultra-radiant lipstick with a glossy finish and comfortable wear’. Sounds like just what I need for my winter-worn dry lips!
Does this lipstick really live up to its promise though? Let’s find out…

L’Oreal Colour Riche Shine Lipstick ($ 7.99 each) is available in 16 shades ranging from everyday nudes to hot pink and red. I tried out 3 colors – Glassy Garnet (berry red), Burnished Blush (pink nude) and Laminated Fuchsia (fuchsia pink).
The formula is truly moisturizing and glides on lips more like a balm than a regular lipstick. I have absolutely fallen in love with how these lipsticks feel on my dry lips…hydrating and comfortable while being lightw7

True to their name, the L’Oreal Colour Riche Shine Lipsticks have a shiny, glossy finish that makes lips look smooth and plump. The formula doesn’t have any fragrance or flavor and I really like that!
These lipsticks also excel in the pigmentation department. All the 3 shades I tried have a great color payoff! Unlike some glossy lipsticks that are too sheer, these are well-pigmented with a rich and vibrant color.
The wear time isn’t very long though, but that’s to be expected with glossy lipsticks. The colors last only about 2-3 hours but I really don’t mind reapplying because the formula is moisturizing.
In fact, these days I find myself reaching for one of these hydrating lipsticks instead of my usual lip balm for on-the-go color plus moisture!
