OFRA Lip Gloss ($ 12.95): The shade I received is called Truffle. It’s a shimmery nude shade that goes with everything. I like the color and the formula is not very sticky but the scent is a little too strong for me.
OFRA Lip Liner ($ 13): I don’t use lip liner, so this one will be going in my give-it-away stash. The color I got is called Spicy and goes well with the nude lipgloss above. The formula is water-resistant and claims to be long-lasting for all day wear.
Nanacoco Nail Polish ($ 3): I got the shade Kissing Lips, a pretty fuchsia pink. It’s not a unique shade but I like the summer-y color and used it for my pedicure yesterday.
Love Life Skin Collection (Samples): This skincare line was originally created to help chemotherapy patients’ sensitive skin recover with the ultra-soothing formulas. I have never been a fan of using sachet sample packets so most likely these won’t be used.
Pur~lisse Flash Tattoos ($ 9): I already have a few of these jewelry-like flash tattoos and don’t really need any more but these are cute! Great for a fun night out with friends or any of your summer outings, these temporary tattoos are non-toxic, waterproof and safe for anyone to wear. It would be a fun treat for anyone who hasn’t tried them before!
Overall, the July Beauty Box 5 missed the mark for me. Except for the nail polish, I am not really digging any other products in there. Do you subscribe to Beauty Box 5? What do you think of this month’s box?
